“In our industry we are the sealed edge pioneers. Working on projects has led us to develop and patent new polypropylene plastic packaging concepts such as corrugated cases with the edges sealed for enhanced strength and cleanliness, and polypropylene tubes with amazing graphic effects.”Stephen Clarke, Managing Director
We operate in a wide variety of UK markets including food and drink, retail, promotional and automotive. These diverse industries have a wide variety of requirements ranging from cartons, folders and ring binders to large, hand assembled reusable trays for injection moulded components. Our solutions range from multi printed small 1.5 kilo packs, up to 500 kilo bulk packs, as well as promotional, re-usable and special bespoke products.
If your packaging can be returned, our unique tri-trans system really comes into its own, its toughness and flexibility make it ideal for reusable cases.
We constantly push at the boundaries of design to make products that are effectively different. We have pioneered many techniques, and patented our signature process of edge sealing the fluted polypropylene. Some of these projects have led us to pioneer new polypropylene plastic packaging concepts such as corrugated cases with all edges sealed for enhanced strength and cleanliness, and polypropylene tubes with amazing graphic effects including lenticular.
Amongst the companies who benefit from the versatility of our products are the overwhelming majority of the UK and French supermarkets, major food processors such as Youngs Seafoods and materials handling companies such as UKMail.
