* Cutter Guides (CAD)

With our own Computer Aided Design (CAD) department we can offer a full in-house product development service for any given brief. Once the design is approved we can supply a cutter guide for you to lay your artwork up to and a finished computer cut sample to be approved before going to tooling.

* Creative design, artwork & print solutions

We work on Apple Mac G5’s – OS X. Software includes Quark XPress 6, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign CS. All files need to be saved as version 1 CS. All PC files to have all fonts/type outlined (converted to curves) and saved as illustrator EPS files.

Our repro & print department will overview all artwork to determine the best print requirments of that specific product whether it is screen or litho printed our dedicated print team are here to help. Using the latest state of the art repro & print equipment we can ensure our clients receive their finished items to the highest quality in the shortest lead times possible.

Utilising on UV inks we will ensure the perfect finish on any job up to a thickness of 7mm and a maximum print area of 1900mm x 1500mm.

* Die Cutting & Finishing

As you can possibly imagine, with such a varied product range and numerous processes under one roof we have to be experts in the field of die-cutting and we are continually investing in this field. We are now the only company in the UK to have all our die cutters cutting with heated plattens, from our small hand fed beds to our state of the art, semi-automatic and large format beds. Our quality in this field is unsurpassed.
