Our hand assembled 4- corner locking tray has been used for years for plant transit and display. New to this market is the 4- corner glued instant pop design, showing huge labour and time saving benefits to busy plant producers.
We’ve solved the costly problem of having to assemble the traditional flat-pack tray on-site, the new 4 corner glued pop up tray will arrive at the customers in flat packed bundles of twenty and can be popped up in less than a second for instant use.
The pop-up tray can also do something that moulded or eps trays can’t, they can fold flat after use, for storing before reuse or space saving for disposal or re-cycling.
All of the above along with our unique patented sealed edge system which not only strengthens the tray but also prevents unsightly, dirty rainwater getting into the flutes.
