Working with leading suppliers in the field of part supply and logistics. Tri-pack have developed the Autobox. This tray has a sonic welded reinforced top frame with moulded stacking corners. Uniquely these have been designed to provide slide-on stacking by virtue of the sloping top surface. The lip around the frame further assists location and helps protect against the elements if the boxes must be stored outside.
The fluted polypropylene is made to Tri-pack specification and provides maximum strength per weight which, together with ultra strong hot air welding, makes the box extremely durable.
Our second picture shows a stacking/nesting tray designed to fulfil a particular requirement. This tray utilises heavy duty material and wire top reinforcement. Within the tray routed foam dunnage, manufactured by MSA, protects two complete headlamp units.
